Information we collect
Name, email address, and payment details when you create an account. The inspection report PDF you upload. Usage data including pages visited and features used.

How we use your information
To process your report, deliver outputs, manage your account, send transactional emails, and improve the platform. We do not use your information for advertising.

Your report data
Stored in a private, encrypted storage bucket. Only you can access your report files. We do not share report contents with any third party. Anthropic processes report text under API terms which prohibit use of your data for model training.

Data retention
Retained while your account is active. You may delete your account and all data at any time from account settings. Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Third party services
Anthropic for AI processing, Supabase for database and file storage, Vercel for hosting, and Stripe for payment processing.

Cookies
Essential cookies only, used for session management and security. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Report files are stored in private buckets with no public access. Regular security reviews are conducted.

Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information. Contact hello@ispotto.com to exercise these rights.

If you have a privacy complaint you cannot resolve with us, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
