Refund Policy

    Technical failure refunds

    If iSpotto fails to process your uploaded report due to a technical error, your credit will be refunded or reinstated immediately. This includes cases where the system fails to return any output, returns clearly incomplete output, or experiences a processing error before completion.

  2. 02

    Change of mind

    Refunds are not available on change of mind once processing has begun. Processing begins immediately upon upload and AI resources are consumed regardless of whether you view the output.

  3. 03

    Report quality

    If you believe your output is significantly inaccurate or unusable, contact hello@ispotto.com within 7 days of processing. We will review and, at our discretion, may offer credit reinstatement or a partial refund.

  4. 04

    Scanned or handwritten reports

    iSpotto works best with digitally generated PDF reports. Reduced accuracy on scanned reports does not automatically qualify for a refund. We recommend viewing our sample report before purchasing.

  5. 05

    Australian Consumer Law

    Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, we will honour that entitlement in full.

    How to request a refund

    Email hello@ispotto.com with your account email, the date of processing, and a description of the issue. We will respond within one business day.
