The service
iSpotto provides AI-powered translation and analysis of building inspection reports. Outputs are indicative only and are not professional building, legal, structural, or financial advice.

Indicative outputs
All cost estimates, defect classifications, risk projections, and trade recommendations are indicative ranges only. Always obtain formal quotes and seek independent professional advice before acting on any output.

Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use iSpotto for commercial resupply without an enterprise agreement.

Credits and payments
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where iSpotto fails to process your report due to a technical error. Credits never expire. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Change of mind refunds are not available once processing has begun.

Intellectual property
The iSpotto platform, brand, software, and outputs are the intellectual property of iSpotto Pty Ltd. You may use your own report outputs for personal purposes only.

Privacy
Your use of iSpotto is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data or report contents with third parties.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, iSpotto's liability is limited to resupply of the service or a refund of the amount paid. iSpotto is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on indicative outputs.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
